2. What we process and why

• Orders: email, name and shipping address, amount and payment reference, to process and ship your order (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). We never store card details: payments are processed by Stripe.
• Pet profile: pet name, breed, optional photo, microchip and vet, and the names and phone numbers of the contacts you enter. These are shown publicly to anyone who taps the tag or has its link — that is the purpose of the service (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change or delete them with your PIN or by asking us.
• Wholesale inquiries and stock alerts: the details you send us, to reply (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• Security: IP address and technical logs for a limited time to prevent abuse (e.g. PIN attempt limits), legitimate interest.

3. Processors and recipients

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Hetzner Online GmbH (EU hosting), and Telegram/email for internal order notifications. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). [REVIEW FINAL LIST]

4. Retention
