1. Who we are

2. The product

PataTag is a 3D-printed tag with an NFC chip that links to a web page where you publish your pet's profile and your contact details. Tags are generic: they are not personalised or reprogrammed. It is not a tracking device (no GPS) and does not replace a legally required microchip.

3. Price, payment and delivery

Prices in euros including VAT [CONFIRM VAT SCHEME]. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. We ship to Spain and the EU; indicative delivery time [X] business days.

4. Availability

If, exceptionally, a paid order cannot be fulfilled because stock ran out, we will tell you and refund you in full or, if you prefer, ship when stock is available.

5. Profile service

You are responsible for the data you publish and for having permission from people whose contact details you add. We will keep the profile page online [DURATION / CONDITIONS TO BE DEFINED]. We may remove unlawful content.

6. Withdrawal and warranty

You have 14 days to withdraw (see Right of Withdrawal). Statutory 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law.

7. Liability

NFC reading depends on the finder's phone. We do not guarantee that a lost pet will be recovered. [LEGAL REVIEW]

8. Governing law
